Chinese Performing Arts Centre

Welcome to the Chinese Performing Arts Centre (AKA Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi Centre). Here you can learn authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi GongĀ and Sanshou (Chinese kickboxing), all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you want to lose weight, get fit and healthy, learn self-defense, or simply relax your mind, body, and spirit. Chinese martial arts can help you achieve all these goals and more.

Practise Chen style Tai Chi to help promote concentration and improve your circulation, breathing and general health; and study genuine Shaolin Kung Fu and help to improve your strength, stamina, flexibility and co-ordination while developing self-discipline and control.

Learn directly from Shifu Shi Heng Sheng a 35th generation master from the Shaolin Temple China, who has been teaching Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong to students of age 4+ in London for over 12 years.
